Sunday, May 12th, 2024 marked a very special occasion at Heaven Life Ministry, as the congregation came together to honor and celebrate mothers on International Mother's Day.

The service began with a powerful teaching from Prophet Elijah on the biblical principles of love. After Prophet Elijah's message, it was Co-Pastor Charity Motowashe's turn to take the stage. With her characteristic warmth and wisdom, she expounded on the multi-faceted roles that mothers play in our lives.

"In life, we must have three mothers that we honor," Mother Motowashe explained. "Our biological mother, the mother of our spouse, and our spiritual mother." She then proceeded to demonstrate this by honoring her own biological mother, as well as Prophet Elijah's mother, with heartfelt gifts and embraces.

But Mother Motowashe's display of motherly love didn't stop there. She went on to shower gifts and blessings upon all the grandmothers present in the sanctuary, recognizing their invaluable contribution to the family. Finally, Mother Motowashe called all the mothers in the congregation forward, praying over them and presenting each one with a special Mother's Day gift.

The service reached a heartwarming crescendo when the church's Mother's Ministry themselves stepped up to honor  mother Charity Motowashe. With tears of joy, they presented her with an abundance of flowers and other tokens of their love and appreciation.

"Today has been a beautiful celebration of the incredible women who have nurtured us, supported us, and loved us unconditionally," Mother Motowashe concluded. "Let us continue to honor and cherish our mothers, not only today, but every single day."

As the congregation erupted in thunderous applause, it was clear that the message of maternal love had resonated profoundly. Heaven Life had indeed lived up to its name, creating an atmosphere of heavenly honor and celebration for mothers everywhere.
